Rimonabant is currently developed in the treatment of obesity, smoking cessation, and alcohol dependence.
Rimonabant is the first potent and selective antagonist of CB1 cannabinoid receptors.
試驗目的
不論肥胖病人是否有協同致病因子，在接受低卡路里飲食處方以及rimonabant治療9個月後，評估rimonabant在減重與體重維持方面的療效。
