Objectives
This study mainly explores the effects of climate factors and air pollution on the cognitive behavioral function and neurodegeneration of the elderly. This research project will track the established generational groups of the elderly.

1. Determine the degree and location of neurological deficits.
2. To explore the correlation assessment of temperature before health check, short-term and long-term air pollution exposure, and cognitive behavioral function and brain neurodegenerative imaging changes.

Inclution Criteria
1. 主要納入條件：
曾參與郭育良教授國衛院計畫「PM2.5暴露對台灣老人健康影響之世代調查研究」研究對象(年齡≥65歲)。

Exclusion Criteria
2. 主要排除條件：
(1) 腦中風病史
(2) 五年內有癌症病史
(3) 已知有精神疾病治療中
(4) 已知對類澱粉蛋白正子藥物過敏者
