試驗目的
To describe the safety and efficacy of two doses of GI262570 treatment in chronic hepatitis C subjects with Genotype 1 infection, who have failed prior anti-HCV therapy, in improving histological features of hepatic fibrosis(markers of HSC activation) over the course of the study as compared with placebo-treated subjects.
